How we help:

The mission of the ScholarWorks Center for Open Scholarship is to make scholarly work more open, equitable, humane, beneficial, and sustainable, and to help Duke researchers benefit from and ethically use technical advances in scholarship.

Our digital humanities staff partner with researchers to plan and build digital research projects and advise on ways to make these works accessible, equitable, and sustainable. We consult on technical matters, project management, and best practices across the digital humanities, and encourage these skills and knowledge in others through our programs and instruction. We help researchers to recognize and support collaborative aspects of their work and to pursue and share their scholarship in ways that ensure broad and enduring benefit.

Who we help:

Researchers in the humanities and interpretive social sciences at any level of study.
